Keeping fit!!

Exercising can be really fun! Holiday is the only time when we can spare some time to do exercise and keep ourselves healthy. Sissy's friend invited us to Orient Fitness for a free trial this evening. We decided to try out the Kickboxing and Zumba dance session since we were free and always lacked exercise.


ZUMBA DANCE!! Just in case you have no idea what Zumba dance is, its a combination of dance and aerobics. You can google or youtube "zumba dance" for more information. The dance steps for zumba were fast but repetitive,so all you need to do is be swift and you will be able to keep up with the pace. Kickboxing(with approx 20mins of abs workout) was a tad too tiring for a person with poor stamina like me. I find both the sessions fun and both made me sweat a lot.

All in all, anyone who comes across this post of mine should really consider trying these interesting workouts. Forgive me if you feel like i'm overreacting because i really loved it! :)
